''Phoenix have managed my property in Bristol brillaintly for a number of years and have always been excellent in dealing with any problem that arose. I cannot speak highly enough of them. As for difficulty contacting them which a previous review had mentioned I have found the exact opposite. Their phone rarely rings more than 3 or 4 times before answering and if I ask them to confirm anything look into something, their response is always quick and they are very thorough. I have not had any cause to complain and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a professionally run business to use them. Delighted with their services!''
